What are the payment methods?

When will my order arrive, and how can I track it?

Time to Ship: 
 • We process and ship our orders within 1-2 business days. 
 • For pre-orders, estimated shipping times are stated in the product description. 
 • For tailor-made garments, shipping timelines will be confirmed in advance by a Bold customer support specialist.
Delivery Time: 
 • Delivery windows are estimates. Once the courier has collected your order, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. 
 • Please note that this estimate does not account for potential delays caused by Brazilian or destination country customs processing. 
Tracking: 
 • You will receive a tracking number via email from Bold Strap as soon as your order is shipped. 
 • You’ll also get real-time email updates from FedEx throughout the delivery process (step by step), so you’ll always know where your package is. 
 • Tracking is also available at anytime through the FedEx website.

Besides the shipping fee charged at checkout, should I expect any extra costs upon delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in addition to the shipping fee charged at checkout, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may be applied upon delivery are under the responsibility of the buyer. 
Unfortunately, we can’t predict whether or how much these fees will be, as they vary depending on each country’s import regulations. For instance, some countries offer tax exemptions for imports under a certain value, while others may apply taxes based on random customs inspections.

Applicable US import taxes and tariffs are automatically calculated and charged at checkout. This means you won’t be required to pay additional fees upon delivery — everything is collected upfront to simplify the customer experience and help expedite delivery.

Can I exchange ou return a product?

We hope you’ll love your Bold Strap purchase, but if something isn’t quite right in terms of size, fit, or color, we do offer a 7-day return policy from the date of receipt.
Regarding this process, please note some relevant points:
 • To initiate a return, you just have to email us at contato@boldstrap.com (contato@boldstrap.com)and we’ll provide full return instructions.
 • Items must be returned in their original, new condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and labels attached. Items returned worn or damaged are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their own expense. 
 • Tailor-made or custom garments are not eligible for a return, since they were crafted just for you, according to your measurements and preferences.
 • After receiving your return at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection, so the complete refund process can take up to 10 days.
 • We do not cover shipping or customs fees on returns — the refund include only the original shipping cost paid at the time of purchase. Brazilian Customs may charge import duties on returned items, even though the products are originally made in Brazil. We understand this might seem unusual, but unfortunately, current regulations allow for this. As a result, customers may incur additional charges when returning items.
Because of this, we strongly encourage international customers to reach out before placing an order if there’s any uncertainty. We are more than happy to help with detailed measurements, fabric descriptions, send photos, or even videos of an item - whatever you need to feel confident about your selection. Please count on us!

We don’t. For now, all our sales are 100% online, made exclusively through our official digital channels (website, WhatsApp, and Instagram), and we ship to most countries worldwide.

Our physical address in Sao Paulo, Brazil is only used for office and production purposes — there’s no in-store customer service. In case you are in Sao Paulo, we do offer a pickup option for orders placed online, but purchases cannot be made on-site.
