Yes, in addition to the shipping fee charged at checkout, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may be applied upon delivery are under the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we can’t predict whether or how much these fees will be, as they vary depending on each country’s import regulations. For instance, some countries offer tax exemptions for imports under a certain value, while others may apply taxes based on random customs inspections.

Items must be returned in their original, new condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and labels attached. After receiving your return at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection, so the complete refund process can take up to 10 days. Brazilian Customs may charge import duties on returned items, even though the products are originally made in Brazil.
