To initiate a return, you just have to email us at contato@boldstrap.com and we’ll provide full return instructions.
Items must be returned in their original, new condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and labels attached. Items returned worn or damaged are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Tailor-made or custom garments are not eligible for a return, since they were crafted just for you, according to your measurements and preferences.
After receiving your return at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection, so the complete refund process can take up to 10 days.
We do not cover shipping or customs fees on returns — the refund include only the original shipping cost paid at the time of purchase. Brazilian Customs may charge import duties on returned items, even though the products are originally made in Brazil. We understand this might seem unusual, but unfortunately, current regulations allow for this. As a result, customers may incur additional charges when returning items.
Because of this, we strongly encourage international customers to reach out before placing an order if there’s any uncertainty. We are more than happy to help with detailed measurements, fabric descriptions, send photos, or even videos of an item - whatever you need to feel confident about your selection. Please count on us!
